Multi Post Social Register: Create a Free Account in Two Minutes

Updated · Multi Post Social guide

Posty holding a ticked form card for the Multi Post Social register page

Use the Multi Post Social register form below to create a free account. You need a name, an email address and a password; no credit card, no phone number, no sales call. The free plan covers three channels for as long as you like. After the form, this guide walks through the first ten minutes: confirming your email, naming your workspace, connecting your first channels, setting a posting schedule and deciding whether the free plan is enough or a paid plan fits your team better.

What you need before the Multi Post Social register step

Registering for Multi Post Social asks for very little. A working email address you can open right now, because a confirmation link goes there. A password of at least 8 characters, better 12 with a number and a capital letter, ideally generated by a password manager. Your name, so teammates and clients recognize you in notes and approvals. An optional workspace name, which can be your brand, a client or just your own name.

It helps, but is not required, to have the logins for the social accounts you want to connect. Channel connection happens on each network’s own screen, so if you manage a Facebook Page you need to be an admin of that Page, and for Instagram you need a Business or Creator account linked to a Page. The channels overview lists what every network requires. You can register first and connect channels later; nothing expires.

Step by step: creating your account

  1. Fill in the Multi Post Social register form. Name, email, optional workspace name, password twice. The strength bar under the password turns green when it is long enough and mixed enough.
  2. Accept the terms. The terms of service and privacy policy are short and written in plain words; the checkbox confirms you read them.
  3. Press Create free account. Your workspace is created at once and you land on the dashboard.
  4. Confirm your email. Open the message we sent and press the link. Until you do, publishing is paused so a mistyped email can never post for someone else.
  5. Connect your first channel. Go to Channels, choose a network, and sign in on that network’s screen. Repeat for up to three on the free plan.
  6. Set a posting schedule. Each channel starts with sensible default slots; adjust the times to when you can answer comments.
  7. Write your first post. Open the composer, pick your channels, write once, customize per network and add to the queue.
  8. Turn on two-factor. Settings, Security, two minutes. The login guide explains codes and backup codes.

Email confirmation

After the Multi Post Social register form is sent, the confirmation link arrives within a minute and works for 24 hours. It proves that the inbox belongs to you, which protects both you and anyone whose address might have been typed by mistake. Until the link is pressed, you can explore every screen and connect channels, but the queue holds posts instead of publishing them. After confirmation the queue starts on its own.

If nothing arrives, check the spam folder and any company filter, then use Resend on the verify email page. Corporate inboxes sometimes rewrite links for scanning; if the link opens an error, copy it into the address bar instead. A wrong address can be corrected in Settings before confirmation, and a new link goes to the corrected one.

Naming your workspace

A workspace holds channels, posts, the inbox, reports and team members. Most people need one. Agencies and people who run several unrelated brands create one per client or brand, so a client’s channels, approvals and reports never mix with another’s. The name you type on the Multi Post Social register page is just a label and can be changed in Settings at any time.

Good names are the brand or client as your team says it out loud. Avoid dates and version numbers; the workspace will outlive them. If you are a freelancer, your own name as the first workspace is fine, with client workspaces added as you take on work. Switching between workspaces takes one click in the top left corner, and each has its own plan, so a client can pay for theirs.

Connecting your first three channels

Channels are the social accounts you publish to. Connecting one never involves typing a network password into Multi Post Social; a window from the network itself opens, you sign in there, and you approve a list of permissions such as publishing posts and reading comments and insights. The network then hands back a token, and the token is all we keep. You can remove it from the network’s own connected-apps page at any time.

Which three should you connect right after the Multi Post Social register step? Pick the channels you post to most often and the one where comments pile up, because the inbox becomes useful immediately. A common free-plan trio is Instagram, LinkedIn and X, or for a local business Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile. The scheduler guide lists what each network allows a tool to post directly and what needs a reminder.

Posting schedule defaults

Every new channel comes with a default posting schedule: two slots on weekdays, one on Saturday, none on Sunday, in the time zone of your account. These are starting points, not advice. Replace them with times when you will be around afterwards, because answering the first comments quickly matters more than any published study of best times. After two weeks of data, the best-time heat map in analytics suggests slots based on your own audience, and you can accept them with one click.

Slots are per channel. A LinkedIn audience and a TikTok audience are awake at different hours, so give each channel its own pattern. The free plan allows ten scheduled posts per channel at a time, which with two slots a day covers a working week. Publishing a post frees the slot.

What the free plan includes

The plan you get when you complete the Multi Post Social register form is a real plan, not a trial. It does not end after 14 days and does not need a card. It is meant for one person running up to three channels who wants a steady queue and a tidy inbox.

Free or paid: how to decide

Stay on the free plan after the Multi Post Social register step while it fits. Move up when you hit one of four walls: you need a fourth channel, you plan more than ten posts ahead per channel, you want a teammate or client inside the workspace, or you need reports older than 30 days. The paid plans charge per channel per month, so a small account with four channels pays a small amount, and nothing changes when you invite a teammate.

Essentials removes the limits for one person. Team adds unlimited users, roles, approvals and branded reports. Agency bundles ten channels with client workspaces and white-label reports. Enterprise adds single sign-on, audit logs and custom retention. The pricing page shows every feature in one table, and upgrades happen in Settings under Billing with a 14-day trial of any paid plan. Downgrading back to Free keeps your data; channels above three are paused, not deleted, and you choose which three stay active.

Inviting your team

On the Team plan and above, Collaborate lets you invite people by email with a role: viewer, contributor, editor, admin, or client. Contributors write posts that wait for approval; editors publish directly; admins manage channels and billing; clients see only what you share and approve from a simple link. Each person has their own login and their own two-factor setup, so you can remove one person without touching the rest. The team collaboration guide describes roles and approval flows in detail.

Invitations last 7 days and can be resent. An invited person who already has a Multi Post Social account for another workspace simply sees yours added to their switcher; no second account is needed.

Your data at sign-up

At the Multi Post Social register step we store your name, email, a hashed password, the time zone your browser reports and the time of creation. We do not ask for a phone number, a company size or a marketing survey. When you connect a channel we store the token the network issues and the public profile details it returns, such as the handle and follower count. Posts, ideas, inbox items and analytics are stored for your workspace and belong to you; you can export everything as a file from Settings or delete the account, which removes the data within 30 days.

Emails you receive by default are the confirmation link, security notices and a weekly report; each can be turned off except security notices. The privacy policy lists every category of data, the legal basis and your rights under GDPR and CCPA, and the security guide explains how data is protected.

Setup paths for different kinds of teams

The Multi Post Social register form is the same for everyone; the first hour afterwards is not. These short paths show what to do first depending on who you are, and each links to a longer page written for that audience.

Creators

Connect the channel where your audience already is, then the two where you want to grow. Set one slot a day on the main channel and three a week on the others. Save a hashtag group for your niche and turn on the Start Page so your bio link points to something you control. The creators page shows a repurposing routine that turns one video into a week of posts.

Small businesses

Connect Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile, because customers search there. Set two slots a week per channel and keep them; a steady modest cadence beats a burst followed by silence. Use the inbox daily for questions about hours, prices and availability, and save replies for the ones you answer every week. The small business page walks through a month of posts in one hour.

Agencies

Register with a company mailbox, create one workspace per client from the switcher, and connect that client’s channels inside their workspace only. Invite your team with roles and, once on the Agency plan, invite clients with the client role so they approve from a link. Name workspaces exactly as the client is billed. The agencies page covers approvals, white-label reports and per-channel pricing across many clients.

Nonprofits and education

Register with a shared organizational mailbox so access survives volunteer and staff turnover, apply for the nonprofit discount from Billing after confirming your email, and give volunteers the contributor role so every post passes an approval before it goes out. Universities often create a workspace per department with a central admin. The nonprofits page and the higher education page describe both setups.

Benefits and limits of starting free

Starting free lets you learn the product with real accounts before paying. You see how the queue changes your week, whether the inbox saves you time, and which channels deserve a slot. Nothing is lost on upgrade; the same workspace simply gains limits. The main limit is the ten-post cap per channel, which pushes you to plan a week at a time rather than a quarter, and the 30-day analytics window, which is enough to find your best times but not to compare seasons.

One more honest note: a tool makes publishing easier, not better. The audience grows from consistent, useful posts and quick replies. The Multi Post Social register step is the easy part; the habit is the work, and the queue is there to make the habit light.

Safe use when you register

Use the Multi Post Social register form only on the real site address, typed by you or opened from a bookmark; copies of sign-up pages exist and collect passwords. Use a password you use nowhere else and turn on two-factor authentication as soon as you are in. Connect channels only through the network’s own login window, and read the permission list before you approve it. If you register on behalf of a company, use a shared company mailbox you control rather than a personal address, so access survives staff changes. The acceptable use policy explains what the platform will not publish, and the security guide explains how to report a problem.

For choosing a strong password, the NIST digital identity guidelines are the standard the password meter follows.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Multi Post Social register process really free?

Yes. The free plan has three channels, ten scheduled posts per channel, the calendar and queue, inbox replies, limited AI generations and 30 days of analytics. It does not expire and does not need a card.

Do I need a credit card to register?

No. The Multi Post Social register form never asks for one. A card is only requested if you start a paid plan or a 14-day trial of one, and you can cancel a trial before it ends without being charged.

Can I register with a Google or Apple account?

Registration uses an email and password or, on the Enterprise plan, single sign-on through your company identity provider. Social sign-in buttons are not offered, which keeps your social network logins separate from your workspace login.

Which three channels should I connect first?

The ones you post to most and the one with the most comments. A common trio is Instagram, LinkedIn and X; local businesses often choose Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile.

What happens if I do not confirm my email?

You can use every screen and connect channels, but the queue holds posts instead of publishing until the link is pressed. Resend the link from the verify email page if it did not arrive.

Can I have more than one workspace?

Yes. Create one per brand or client from the workspace switcher. Each has its own channels, inbox, reports, members and plan.

How do I delete my account?

Settings, Data, Delete account. Export your data first if you want a copy. Channels are disconnected immediately and the data is removed within 30 days.
